Neha Gupta is an Articled Student at Remedios Lawyers Law Corporation. After beginning her articles with Remedios & Company Law Corporation, Neha has decided to continue her articles with Remedios Lawyers, where she works closely with the firm's lawyers on a broad range of litigation, corporate and commercial, employment, and general legal matters.
Neha obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with High Distinction from the University of British Columbia before earning her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. Throughout her legal studies, she distinguished herself through her academic achievements, community involvement, and commitment to public service.
During law school, Neha served as both a Clinic Head and Student Clinician with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program, where she gained valuable experience assisting clients and developed practical insight into litigation, dispute resolution, and British Columbia's court processes. She also worked as a research assistant for professors at the University of British Columbia, conducting legal research on a broad range of subjects, including labour and employment law, intellectual property, Indigenous law, and other emerging legal issues.
As an articled student, Neha assists the firm's lawyers on a variety of litigation and commercial matters. Her experience includes legal research, preparing documents, and assisting with dispute resolution, employment-related matters, and commercial files. She is committed to delivering thoughtful, practical, and client-focused legal support while continuing to develop her advocacy and advisory skills.
Fluent in both English and Punjabi, Neha is able to assist clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds throughout British Columbia.
Outside of the office, Neha enjoys spending time with her Maltipoo, Whiskey, and exploring restaurants throughout the Lower Mainland.
