A. Adena Lee is a Senior Family Lawyer at Remedios Lawyers Law Corporation. After practising with Faley Law Corporation in affiliation with Remedios & Company Law Corporation, Adena has decided to join Remedios Lawyers, where she continues to advise and represent individuals and families throughout British Columbia in a broad range of family law, civil litigation, and real estate matters.
Adena completed her undergraduate degree in Commerce before obtaining her law degree from the University of British Columbia. She has been a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia since 1992 and brings more than three decades of legal experience to her practice.
Adena's practice is focused primarily on family law. She regularly advises and represents clients in matters involving divorce and separation, parenting arrangements, guardianship, custody and parenting time disputes, child and spousal support, property division, and other complex family law matters. She is an experienced advocate in contested proceedings and has represented clients in a wide variety of family law disputes throughout British Columbia.
In addition to her family law practice, Adena has experience in civil litigation and real estate law. She advises clients on a range of civil disputes and real estate matters, providing practical and strategic legal advice tailored to each client's personal and financial circumstances.
