Prior to establishing Remedios Lawyers Law Corporation, Matthew served as Managing Director of Remedios & Company Law Corporation, where he worked alongside his father, Anthony M.M. Remedios, the founder, Principal Lawyer, and Owner of Remedios & Company. During his tenure, Matthew played a significant role in the firm's continued growth by expanding its litigation practice, engaging additional external counsel, and strengthening its corporate and commercial practice in response to increasing merger and acquisition activity and cross-border transactions.

Following Anthony's passing, Matthew stepped down as Managing Director of Remedios & Company. Together with the team of lawyers and professional staff who had worked alongside both Anthony and Matthew, he established Remedios Lawyers Law Corporation as a 21st century law firm, continuing the tradition of practical, business-focused legal advice and client service that has long been associated with the Remedios name while building the next generation of legal practice.

Matthew is committed to delivering strategic, practical, and commercially focused legal advice that helps clients identify opportunities, manage risk, and achieve long-term success.
