Avantika is an articling student at Remedios Lawyers in the Downtown Vancouver office.
Avantika completed her Bachelors of Arts and Law (B.A. LLB) from Amity University in New Delhi, India and obtained her Master of Laws (LLM) from the University Of Toronto Faculty Of Law. Avantika has interned at top tier law firms in India as well as Solicitor Generals and Judges of the Supreme Court of India.
Avantika is called to the Bar in India where she practiced corporate, commercial, employment laws as an attorney. Thereafter Avantika moved to Toronto where she joined a large international law firm as a Transactional Lawyer and primarily worked on Mergers & Acquisitions. Avantika has successfully qualified from the National Committee on Accreditation, Federation of Law Societies of Canada and is registered in the lawyer’s licensing process with the Law Society of British Columbia.
Avantika is fairly new to the city of Vancouver and when not working Avantika enjoys spending time exploring the city and trying new restaurants.
