Allan Jiang is an Articled Student (Incoming Associate Lawyer) at Remedios Lawyers Law Corporation. Allan began his articles with Remedios & Company Law Corporation and has decided to join Remedios Lawyers, where he will continue to advise individuals, businesses, and organizations on a broad range of litigation matters.
Allan earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bristol and subsequently qualified in Canada through the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) process. Prior to commencing his articles, he worked in anti-money laundering (AML) compliance with money services businesses in both Canada and the United States, providing him with valuable experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial crime prevention.
Allan's practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation. He works closely with the firm's senior lawyers in representing clients in employment disputes, commercial litigation, estates litigation, regulatory appeals, strata disputes, and other complex litigation matters. Allan has developed experience in legal research, advocacy, dispute resolution, negotiation, and litigation strategy, assisting clients through every stage of the dispute resolution process.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, Allan regularly assists clients from diverse cultural and business backgrounds. His bilingual abilities enable him to communicate effectively with clients and provide practical legal advice in both languages, particularly in matters involving cross-border or multicultural considerations.
