Allan Jiang is an Associate Lawyer with our litigation team.
Allan works closely with the firm’s senior lawyers and external counsel on a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters. His experience includes employment disputes, commercial litigation, regulatory appeals, estates litigation, strata disputes, and other litigation matters. Through this work, he has developed practical experience in legal research, advocacy, negotiation, and dispute strategy.
Allan earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bristol and qualified in Canada through the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) process. Before his articles, he worked in anti-money laundering (AML) compliance with money services businesses in both Canada and the United States, giving him valuable insight into regulatory compliance and risk management.
A Vancouver local, Allan advises clients in both English and Mandarin Chinese. His ability to communicate fluently in both languages allows him to bridge cultural and linguistic differences, helping clients navigate disputes and resolve legal issues effectively across cultures.
Allan works on a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, assisting individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout British Columbia.
Outside the office, Allan is an avid hiker and nature photographer who enjoys discovering new music.
