Lawrence Hung is a Senior Associate Lawyer at Remedios Lawyers Law Corporation. After practising with Remedios & Company Law Corporation, Lawrence has decided to join Remedios Lawyers, where he continues to advise individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses, and organizations across a broad range of corporate and commercial, real estate, wills and estates, intellectual property, and civil matters.
Lawrence received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia in 2014 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2018. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019.
Prior to joining Remedios Lawyers, Lawrence articled with a general practice sole practitioner, where he developed experience across a diverse range of legal disciplines, including civil and family litigation, corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, real estate, immigration, and trademarks. This broad foundation allows him to provide practical and well-rounded advice while understanding how legal issues often intersect across multiple areas of law.
Lawrence assists clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including business organizations, commercial agreements, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and general business advisory work. He also advises clients on real estate transactions, estate planning and administration, trademarks, and other legal matters, working closely with the firm's multidisciplinary team to deliver practical and effective legal solutions.
Drawing upon both his scientific background and broad legal experience, Lawrence approaches legal issues with a careful analytical mindset and a practical, solution-oriented perspective. He is committed to helping clients achieve their objectives through responsive, strategic, and business-focused legal advice.
